ReturnLoop provides a service that enables salons, clinics, and service-based businesses to automatically follow up with clients after completed appointments through service-related SMS communications.

2. Eligibility and use

ReturnLoop is intended for business use only. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the salon, clinic, or organisation registering for the service.

You agree to use ReturnLoop only for lawful, legitimate service-related communications and in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws.

3. Nature of the service

ReturnLoop is not a booking system, CRM, or marketing broadcast platform. The service is designed solely to:

• Send post-appointment follow-up messages
• Prompt client rebooking after visits
• Request feedback or reviews
• Automatically stop after a defined message sequence

ReturnLoop does not guarantee rebooking rates, review outcomes, or revenue increases. Results vary depending on business processes and customer behaviour.

4. Client communications

All messages sent using ReturnLoop must relate to services already provided to the client. The business remains responsible for:

• Ensuring client contact details are accurate
• Ensuring an appropriate lawful basis or consent exists for messaging
• The content and appropriateness of communications sent on its behalf

ReturnLoop may use shared service numbers solely as a technical delivery mechanism for SMS communications sent on behalf of businesses.

5. Data protection

When using ReturnLoop:

• The salon or business acts as the data controller
• Booking Butler Ltd acts as the data processor

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. Businesses remain responsible for complying with their own data protection obligations.

6. Fees and subscription

ReturnLoop is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and any trial periods are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase or agreement. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are charged in advance
• Prices exclude VAT where applicable

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will not affect the current billing period.

7. Cancellation and termination

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:

• Required fees remain unpaid

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

• Misuse of the service
• Unlawful communications
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
